You are fully responsible for maintaining the security of your 669w login credentials. Do not share your password, PIN or any account access details with any other person. 669w staff will never request your password by any method — any communication asking for your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.
If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact 669w support at [email protected] immediately. 669w cannot be held responsible for losses arising from your failure to maintain account security. Any activity on your account prior to a reported security breach is treated as authorised unless 669w determines otherwise following investigation.
You may request account closure at any time by contacting support. Any verified balance remaining in a closed account will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method. 669w may close accounts where terms violations are identified, where fraudulent activity is suspected or where responsible gaming tools indicate a self-exclusion request.
An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity. 669w will notify you before applying dormancy handling procedures to any account balance. Reactivation of a dormant account requires identity verification.
All transactions on 669w are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no currency conversion charges on the platform. Your balance is always displayed in PKR.
669w currently accepts deposits and withdrawals via the following methods:
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification. 669w does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, persons or payment methods that are not registered to the account holder. Standard withdrawal processing times are same-day for most PKR wallet and bank transfer requests. VIP tier members receive priority processing as described in the VIP Programme terms.
669w may request identity documents before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds or where account verification has not been completed. Providing accurate verification documents promptly ensures there are no delays to your payout.
Deposit funds are available to bet immediately after confirmation. Withdrawal requests are reviewed within the timeframe applicable to your VIP tier.
All bonuses and promotions offered by 669w are subject to specific terms stated at the time of the offer. Where a wagering requirement is attached to a bonus, the requirement must be met before the bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier, eligible games and time limit for each bonus will be stated in the offer details.
Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using automated or collective wagering to meet requirements without genuine play, or exploiting technical errors constitutes bonus abuse. 669w reserves the right to forfeit bonus balances and close accounts where bonus abuse is detected. Bets placed using bonus funds on games excluded from the relevant promotion will not count towards wagering requirements.
Unclaimed or unused bonuses expire as stated in the individual promotion terms. Expired bonuses are removed from accounts automatically. 669w does not reinstate expired bonuses.
VIP tier members receive additional bonus allocations as part of the 669w VIP Programme. These are credited automatically based on tier status and are subject to the same general bonus conditions outlined here. See Section 8 for VIP Programme details.
Bonus funds and real money funds are tracked separately. Real money is used first in any bet. Remaining bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
Bets on cricket, PSL matches, T20 internationals, football and other markets are placed at the odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation. Live in-play odds may change until the bet is accepted and confirmed. Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled by the player except where 669w's internal voiding rules apply.
669w reserves the right to void bets placed on events where there is evidence of match fixing, where odds were clearly incorrect due to a technical error, or where the bet was placed on an event for which the result was already known at time of placement.
Casino and Slots games use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) to determine outcomes for software-based titles. Live Casino tables use physical cards and wheels operated by professional dealers in real-time. All game outcomes are final once settled. Return-to-player percentages are as displayed within the individual game information panels.
Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per market. These are displayed within each game or betting section. VIP members may have elevated limits as described under the VIP Programme section.
In the event of a technical failure mid-game or mid-bet, 669w will use available records to determine the fairest resolution. Where a round cannot be completed due to a platform error, stakes are returned to the player's balance. 669w is not liable for losses arising from the player's device, internet connection or local network issues.

Where any of the above is identified, 669w may void affected bets, suspend or permanently close the account and report activity to relevant financial monitoring bodies where legally required. Any balance held in a suspended account will be subject to investigation before any release is considered.
The 669w VIP Programme offers four tiers — Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond — based on accumulated VIP points. Points are earned through wagering activity across all platform sections. Tier upgrades and downgrades occur automatically based on rolling activity review periods.
VIP tier benefits including elevated withdrawal limits, bonus allocations and dedicated support are described on the VIP page of the platform. These benefits are applied at 669w's discretion and may be adjusted as part of programme updates. 669w does not guarantee any specific VIP benefit to any individual player in perpetuity.
VIP status does not exempt any player from these Terms and Conditions. All conduct rules, bonus terms and account policies apply equally to VIP tier members.

669w is committed to providing a safe gaming environment. The platform provides tools to help players manage their activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders and self-exclusion options. These tools are available to all players through the account settings area.
Players who wish to take a break from gaming can apply a cooling-off period (24 hours, 7 days or 30 days) or request permanent self-exclusion by contacting support. Self-exclusion requests are acted upon within 24 hours and are not reversible for the duration of the selected exclusion period.

In all circumstances, 669w's maximum liability to any individual player for any claim is limited to the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms affects any statutory rights you may have.
